[map 251000000], a beautiful town right next to [map 250000000], is renowned fro herbs. That hold especially true for Mr. Koo, who has the best set of... never... nevermind. Lately, however, I've seen some weird pirates setting up the lair, only pilgramaging the ships that are carrying the herbs around.

I can't do anything about it here in [map 250000000] if I don't get the herbs from [map 251000000]. Normally this should be something I should take care of first, but since I'm in charge of freight from [map 251000000] on. If you can help me here, it'll be very much appreciated.
