That is the hiding place of Amdusias. You can enter the portal using the Darkween's Monster Drum.

Please defeat the demon!

But you must continue to train diligently. I've just received some information that proves that the reason Amdusias's seal was broken wasn't entirely your fault. Dark Lord says there is a powerful force behind all of this. I have a bad feeling about this.
