You can get from Birthday Candle and Strawberry Cake inside the Cake dungeon.
You can enter the Cake dungeon through the sphinx in NLC. Some seem to refer to it as a giant Yeti instead...
Also, don't forget that you can get to NLC, where the Cake dungeon is, through Kerning City's subway.

What am I going to do? This is a very important party that only happens once a year. If you have the time, please help me.
